Andrew is a graduate of Electrical Engineering and Law. He is a tax consultant, an expert in business development and marketing, and has built businesses and nurtured leaders in seven countries on the African continent. He is a leadership coach who focuses on guiding people through their personal growth and development and has impacted over 200,000 youth just by sharing his story.

ANDREW BUGEMBE

Founder

Janet is a banker by profession, an entrepreneur, and a trainer in financial literacy and leadership. She is the youth coordinator of Business Professional Women (BPW) and serves on different boards including Uganda Aviation School, Victoria Motors Limited, Palle Moeller Foundation, to mention a few. Among many other achievements, she has been recognized in the New Vision’s 2017 Top 40 under 40 and was also one of the judges selected by New Vision in 2019 Top 40 under 40.

I serve as The President of the Makerere Engineering Society and founder for The Secret Initiative while is in the line of career guidance and enhancing school to work transition. Chief Executive Officer (CEO)

Jane is an Administration and Operations personnel alongside being an Executive Assistant to the CEO of Cinq Diamandes Investments Ltd. She is also an environmentalist working with Tukuuma Uganda as field agent (In-charge of the Youth Empowerment Programme) and Founder of SSAM (Support and Save A Mother) an NGO aimed at supporting unfortunate young mothers in rural areas to enable them be self-reliant.

I am a business man and entrepreneur who runs a jewellery brand for hand made products, an events company and a spice and herbs farm. I am passionate about sports (football and basketball), reading (life long learning), networking and meeting new people.

He is an apprentice to the MD and CEO at Heron Cross Communication alongside being the Chief Executive Officer at Heaven Gates Media and Entertainment. Joseph is currently pursuing a bachelor’s degree in Quantitative Economics at Makerere University alongside a rugby career at Stanbic black pirates rugby Club.

Annah is an avid public health practitioner currently into health administration and environmental conservation. She is passionate about empowering people mainly through health sensitization and education towards impacting the reproductive health sector to help people live better lives. Annah is a Co-founder of Tukuuma Uganda.

Ruth is a freelance Architectural Draftswoman with over five years’ experience from working with multiple reputable companies. She is the Chief Executive Officer of REN Group of Companies and Founding Executive Director of a nonprofit organization called Daria Kayitesi Safe Space which facilitates the basic needs of life for people living with HIV. She is also an Orator and Sexual Reproductive Health and Rights Advocate and Volunteer.
